Dedicated to those that need a pause in their life

A 5 min pause, put down the phone, turn down the TV, open a window, open a door, take 5 mins of quiet, deep breathe or just take in the silence

Write down what's in your mind that clouds it, or take that time to listen to your favourite song.

Push the pause button for yourself

Might work might not

And yes it's an idea from a forumites post earlier but I don't think he'll mind

I do this from time to time but use the shower as a pause button

I just hop in the shower and sit and let the water run down on me and forget the word for 10-20 minutes

When I need to pause I look at the night sky. Better on a clear night, I look at the stars and imagine someone in another country and their life, and how they might be looking at the save stars, imagining me.

Me as well it can be most refreshing to just take time away from everything

Also very rare to find someone that dose the same

I do a shower but I couldn't stand for more than 5 mins lol and I'd never get up if I sat in it

But the water is peaceful
