Only way I'll go in the sea around the UK is in a wetsuit, and I prefer to be above it in a canoe or on a wind surfing board. | |||

Shall take my  and be on the beach in Gwithian where he can run free. Its great early in the morning when no one is around. | |||

"I was over that was in Wales the other week, I didn't realise how stunning your beaches and food were. And the women apparently too! The waterfall is around to the right but you have to climb the rocks or wait until the tide is out and walk around. I missed out today
