Of ninja mode. I view in ninja. What are the pros and cons of not being in ninja mode? And does all my entirely legitimate, not at all sponsored by China surveill err perving then show it just from when I come out (of ninja)?

I might come out as a bit ghey too one day but that’s for another thread and another day.

The cons are sometimes viewing a profile more than once can lead them to think that you’re interested. The reality is I just forget who’s who and need to refresh my memory

I don't think I've ever been in ninja mode, although I can see the benefits for those whose visibility would encourage too many messages for managing.

But my visibility is unlikely to prove onerous for me, whereas ninja sends no hints.

I never use ninja mode, I like people to know I've had a jolly good look at their profile and photos

Might every so often get a message saying 'hi, I saw you checked out my profile .....' but not as many as you get from the spammers who just message everyone

We are always in ninja mode. Sometimes I come across a profile I like the look of and then I will let my husband know so he will look. Then I recheck to make sure we have the same likes and dislikes.

I don't want anyone to think we are some weird stalkers.

I find it easier to use the site in ninja mode to save on "you looked at me" messages. Sometimes I swear it fails though.

I like to be able to look at profiles that winked to decide if I'd like to wink back.
