Easter feast

My Easter is never complete without tinned salmon. Mashed up, saturated with malt vinegar, a little olive oil, salt and ground pepper. Spread on buttered bread and topped with lettuce, tomato and spring onions. Delicious

Is there a food that makes your day or holiday?
