I might stick a nice recipe on the recipes thread. Obviously a good authentic paella includes rabbit but I like the various stews you get in Spai, Greece or Portugal. Simply fried and flambéed in wine is delicious

32 years ago, staying with a french family on school exchange. We was having a lovely 'meat' stew then the dad pulls out the rabbits skull from the casserole pot on the table. I just went 'huh, well that answers the question, quoi pour le dîner?. At least it wasn't horse.

Not had it since my dad was alive, when he was we had it regular and ate it a lot growing up, rabbit roasted with home made pie crust and gravy was a staple we loved. Every one he swore he shot in the head and you would still nearly smash your teeth on a pellet though
