I don't even know what classes as "normal" these days, I know I'm definitely not one and I am finally embracing all my quirks at the age of 44. For example when I've been with a group of people for a long period of time (or even doughnut) instead of sitting there uncomfortable and wanting to leave I will just get up and say "I'll be back in a bit, my social battery needs recharging", which might seem rude but if you genuinely like me, you will accept it's part of me and I will come back and hour later when I'm at 100% again and a lot more fun and happy lol
