I’ve got loads of onions and a steak to use up so I’m going to make a steak ciabatta with cara_elised onions, rocket and whole grain mustard mayo. It’s going to be delicious but I need to drag myself off the beach to get rocket and a decent olive oil to dress the rocket.

There’s a good chance it will be a takeaway if I don’t manage it

No hate here, I have been enjoying vegan cuisine for several months now. I've learnt quite a lot; sometimes I even get a , previously only experienced with meat.

Any suggestions would be warmly welcome, I'm keen to add more vegan dishes to my repertoire.
