What sort of sunscreen do you use. I’ve been using P20 or P30 depending on location and temperature. Is there anything better out there?

Ambre Solaire Factor 50 (I'm not allergic to it) and this year, because they obviously changed the ingredients and I AM allergic to the face one, I've got House of Joseon Factor 50. It's Korean.

The NHS recommends nothing less than SPF 30.

An SPF 30 allows about 3 percent of UVB rays to hit your skin. An SPF of 50 allows about 2 percent of those rays through. That may seem like a small difference until you realize that the SPF 30 is allowing 50 percent more UV radiation onto your skin.

Nivea or Piz Buin I find work best for me.

Factor 20 or 30 usually although it is pretty much irrelevant as the frequency of re-application is far more important.

it’s about £30 though!"

If there's a tester pot, I'll try but I'm allergic to so many things and reluctant to pay so much for something that might bring me out in hives

I usually buy what's on offer, I love the quick dry sprays for the body.

Super drug own brand 30/50 for face.

I've had skin cancer, so I would urge everyone to at least make an effort with it. Unless you want bits cut out of you and scars, or worse

Best one I had was an Ironman branded one(triathlon not the tin man) that was brilliant I used it many times during training and racing, sunbum is pretty good.

Never less than factor 50.

When doing ironman Lanzarote a few years ago I found a pharmacy that did factor 90 it was extremely thick.

Trick is to get one that allows the skin to breathe and not clog up the pores.

I really don't understand why people brag about not using suncream,it's dumb!

If I went into the sun without suncream, I'd simply burn to a crisp, be in agony with the burns and potentially cause myself to develop skin cancer. I'm tough as fucking nails, but I'm not tougher than the burning ball of hydrogen and helium in the sky.

Think mine was factor 30 Hawaiian tropic, smells devine too, I went through it very quickly as I know I burn very very easily, I went through two bottles over 10 days and for the first time in my life have an amazing tan x

We used to rub coconut oil all over and lay in the sun
