Well kind of yes " Yes….. indirectly it seems….. there were various artists who didn’t want to be filmed directly coming off the stage… it seems seems the Israeli delegation have been the most aggressive at doing this… to the point that Ireland, Greece and Switzerland all have made formal complaints… Anyway it seems as if the Netherlands were also part of the group to complain… he was apparently filmed, didn’t like it… and forcefully imitated the producers to put it down….
