I don't think I've met anyone who has referred to themselves that way. It's a thing though on the more fetish site (similar to this) there are groups about this.

I remember back in my younger days someone calling me a "bimbo", my friend was most insulted as i couldn't possibly be as I have dark hair and bimbos have blonde hair. Apparently.

If someone compares me to a Barbie girl I'd have to have serious words with myself.
