"Simple solution. Do what I've done today. Not looked in a mirror once, put on one item of clothing and spent the entire day prone on the sofa. Could leave the flat at some point but I doubt it. Solitude, isolation and tunes. Definitely the least 'peopley' day I've had in a while. | |||

The heat makes feeling tired even worse to be fair so I can imagine it wasn’t great for you. Somebody needs to invent the Jacuzzi suit that Milhouses mom gets when he becomes a movie star in one of the Simpsons episodes so everyone can stall cool at work etc x | |||

Aww sorry to hear about how today been for OP in the heat. Sounds it was pretty gruelling for you. I can’t stand be surrounded by people when it’s hot and stuffy either, it’s not pleasant.
