What’s for breakfast?

I’m just putting on some bacon and sausages for sandwiches and a pot of tea.

I’m a little lost, in a nice way, this morning. Since Christmas I’ve been working almost solidly. I now have three days off and am wondering what I’m going to do with it all!

Enjoy the time off! Sometimes doing nothing is what's needed after working so much.

I usually only have a mug of tea, but I did make some bread, so I may have a slice of that with butter.

I think it’s different if you have someone to snuggle up to. But as soon as I’m awake, my brain is whirring and then I need to get going.

Enjoy the break OP.

Usually I’d be up for some bacon but settled on a cup of tea and some strepsils.

Camberley occasionally doncaster

I did scrambled eggs (with dijon mustard) on toast, with a load of fried mushrooms, chorizo, peppers, tomatoes and birdseye chillis with a big mug of tea.

Nice post workout fuel after a heavy push session.
