It's banal.... but I'm curious.

You can list your favourite dishes.

I like them all but I couldn't go without bread really.

Baguette, Ciabatta, Naan, tortilla, Pitta, Paratha.

After that it's potato. So versatile give me that mash and Cajun gravy with fried chicken. Couple of nice biscuits fresh out of the oven.

Just got into making rice and peas with coconut milk now that's tasty. Stumbled on a video on yt.

But it's the bread for me that's the holy grail. I'm going to retire and make bread all day.

Manchester(ish).

Noodles for just about everything.

Apart from sausages, they demand mash.

In total agreement. Rice isn’t for me. I feel the same about noodles.

Much to my ancestors chagrin.

Quite like a special fried rice with fried egg on top for breakfast occasionally. Other than that - give all 3 a miss , low nutrition carbs isn’t part of my diet.

Tricky because I use to eat a lot of rice while trying to get in shape for the north run but due to eating microwave rice as a quick meal I struggle with rice. So probably roast potatoes now but that far less healthy x
