I wish I could as I'm not a good sleeper. Wide awake at 4am most days and then get to the office and by 10am I'm knackered. A 20 minute power nap would do me the world of good

I do sleep deeply and completely at night.

20-30 minutes is perfect in an afternoon, sat comfortably in the sun ideally….just enough to get through the rest of the day…..fuck me I got sooooo old!

How much did we all laugh at our parents for napping!!
