When was the last time you read someone’s profile? Especially someone’s on the forum?

This isn’t a look at me thread, because I haven’t changed mine at all.

But I read Shags post about how does your profile represent you, and got me wondering about all the familiar posters in the forum, and I couldn’t tell you what your profiles look like.

I catch a few new pics posted from some of you, but I think I need to start reading more.

Once I start talking to someone I only really go on there profile for their photos.

With someone new, I always read the profile first to make sure we at least match up in terms of what we're both looking for.

I love reading inventive weird profiles, there are some great ones out there.

I do check out most forum people's profiles and it would appear to me that forum people have better profile text than people who don't post on the forums.

I'd hope people do. We update where we're going to be. And the rest changes fairly regularly as we go along this journey. As our dynamic changes so does our profile.

I am a profile reader because I'm nosey and I notice when people do update them.

I always read profiles, it is something that I enjoy doing especially if I am going to mail someone.

On the odd occasions that I send an introductory mail I will always mention something from their profile too so they will know that I have read it.

I mostly go on profiles just to read them. I'll only look at pics if they don't have a profile pic or if the profile pic isn't that clear

I don't know anyone who posts here in the lounge so I'm not familiar with profiles.

I don't generally search profiles but I might look if I see a profile I've never noticed before but I can't say I really read what they have in there and wouldn't have a clue if they changed it every day.

I'm blocked from viewing many regular forum users anyway so that makes reading their profiles difficult
