But on the plus side if the treatment is successful you will have the opportunity to carry on living and find some new hobbies

Paradise, Herts

It depends. Your consultant and oncologist should give you lots of info. There is usually a nurse involved with the meetings too available for questions. There could be no treatment, radiotherapy, chemo, operations. It depends on a lot of things. Have you (or whoever it is) had any meetings etc or treatment yet?

I had radical prostatectomy surgeon had to take away sperm gland and some lymph glands as well. Unfortunately, now I have to use injection into my penis and also use a medical cock pump. But what the heck I’m still alive.

Guys is not all about sex you and your partners can still enjoy special moments. Don’t passes by girls we can still have fun but do pass on the importance of men getting checked out just a simple blood test. Anyone needs advice please message me. Xx

It does seem to vary a lot. I had hormone therapy then radiotherapy. I now take Viagra but can function without it; it helps to keep going for longer. My ejaculation is still intense but a lot less in volume. I haven't had any complaints about performance.

You’re a braver man than I am, I’m not sure it’s something I could live with.

I have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer and will need to have surgery. Not looking forward to a limp dick but hopefully will recover in time.

But without surgery I’d be pushing up daisy’s in about 10 yrs.

so really not a choice….

I'm 4 weeks post op(full removal) early days but doing ok. Same as you I figured despite the lack of ejaculation I'm still alive and my tongue still works fine. There's a lot more to sex than cum!!

Good luck !! message me if you want to hear my experience so far.

Yes mate, I had prostate cancer and had it removed. Depending on whether they can spare the nerves will dictate whether you can get an election and orgasm. You won't cum though.
