I'm not sure there's a set recipe.

Clean is the absolutely basic.

The rest is personal preference. I like ones attached to those I like. When they're very firm and it's taken for me - zero interest in ones that are taken when bored or for everyone in their Fab contact list and then sent to me. I don't like a death grip that's causing it to go painfully red. Other than that, I'm quite easy.
