couple, us we him her.

I was thinking earlier after seeing a clip of this film and I wonder if Forest Gump would get made today considering how sensitive everyone is and the cancel culture.

Can anyone think of other films that probably wouldn't get made?

The Goonies maybe would people complain about Sloth?

"Tropic thunder"

I think many missed the whole point of that film,it's a complete piss take out of Hollywood and it's shallow double standards.

Snow ' white ' ? Change the last name to another colour please.

Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all ?

Fairest could be read as the lightest skinned

I think there’s plenty of films being made today that are a challenge to watch and make. However they’re generally not made in Hollywood anymore. But to answer the Op question.

Cruising

Irreversible

Angel (1983) A high school girl also earns a living being a street walker.

A Serbian Film - horrible film

And the truffle shuffle.

Jim the good guy in American Pie filming Nadia without consent would be a very grey area today too.

You could flip this concept around and say there's recent films that would never have been made years ago..

Here's 2 -

"Hard candy"

&

"The woodsman"

Look them up.

Yep probably is now , so is the woodsman.

Couldn't see either going down well in the 70s or 80s though.

Sadly I would have to say, Aliens.

I was shocked when I rewatched it a year ago only to see a sensitivity warning attached to it. No it was not a warning for gore, language or nudity. It was for a white cast playing a Mexican.
