Never the less there are some of this ilk that make excellent viewing.

What’s your favourite.

For me, it’s hands down Bridesmaids.

Several films mentioned here I’d classify as chick flicks but not really rom coms (Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail, for example) there’s a bit of comic relief but I wouldn’t classify them as romantic comedies.. they’re more dramatic than anything, especially Sleepless in Seattle!

The Bridget Jones saga has to be the epitome of the Rom Com

I have a soft spot for 4 Weddings and a Funeral.
