The thing about regret is that you have to examine the context of each situation. Why regret something that you did or didn't do. In either case you had reasons for your decision at that time. We prefer to live in the here and now. What has happened has happened and nothing is going to change it.

Unfortunately it comes from experience. We choose not to live in our own mental prison. We live, we enjoy and we go on holiday! Lol

What you've done or what you haven't done?

As with the previous posts it's all down to situation and context. For me I think I'd have more regret, later in life, for not trying/doing things. Wasted moments which you’ll never have again.
