People put in their profile or a status saying no messages, yet leave filters open, and complain when people message.

I would say 75% of messages I get they blatantly have not read profile even to begin with let alone follow. Endless faceless messages. I am at stage where I can barely be bothered to open messages now, they sit there a while until I blast through and ignore. I really do not understand why they think they get anywhere with people?

Filters are the way forward!

The ability to read however, well that’s a debate on itself.

Or perhaps having the ability to read but not process what you have read if I was to be more pedantic.

Any how, I passed my last reading test…

How can you complain they can't read? You welcome their messages!

You've maybe got a typo going on their but they can infact read, you just can't read yourselves.

Hey OP.

Filters are great. Sure, it might mean you have to message first, make the effort to reach out but it'll also mean that you don't receive messages that have you starting threads like these.

Why not take control of your experience on here? Single men can still Fab your photos if that's important to you. They can reply to your messages. They just can't send you the initial. If I was unhappy enough to start a thread, I'd start employing filters.

I did prove my own point, some men can’t read (or read what they’ve written - that’s something quite different in a neurodivergent sense)

Understood but because you are looking for men you can’t filter individuals so if you get unwanted messages, as I say, delete and or block are your only options

a filter as explained will potentially stop someone who could be suitable for your needs so it’s tricky but enjoy and good luck
