To make you smile or feel good?

A small thing happened yesterday, difficult to explain, but I was upset and crying. My daughter came to me and gave me a hug (she has some complex additional needs, physical contact is not a thing for her) I cried again for different reasons then embraced the hug and smiled. Everything suddenly seemed a bit more manageable. I'm still smiling because of that hug this morning
