"It’s always _irthandgirths turn, always" Depends how traditional you want the dinner. My favourite to cook is a slow roast mint and rosemary leg of lamb cooked in a redcurrant and red wine gravy served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, griddled asparagus, Yorkshire puddings and honey and cumin seed roast carrots and parsnips. Other protein options include 3 mustard pork with a cider and mustard jus (served with crackling) Lemon and tarragon butter chicken Pepper beef with a port jus If you want a little more off the wall I can also provide: Pomegranate molasses and sumac kangaroo steak Shawarma spiced lamb slow roast over new potatoes with garlic and onion Pomegranate, cardamon, garlic and cayenne spiced guinea fowl. I have also on occasion thrown together a venison Wellington.

"Scottish langoustines with wild garlic & chilli butter Steak Diane flambéed with Béarnaise sause and cheese, mustard & bacon potato bake and purple sprouting broccoli, toasted almonds and chilli oil Pistachio soufflé and limoncello sorbet Selection of cheese, fruit and nuts Exquisite choice of coffee. Paired with some elegant champagne/wine " oooh I think Mirthandgirth has some competition
