Status not saving

Just tried to update my status and click save but it does save. Anyone else having this issue?x

Have you had statuses removed in the past? Might there be words in there that the site doesn't want you to use (same as the message block that happens sometimes)?

I believe it can happen when certain things are said that shouldn’t be. That can be breaking a rule (without even knowing it!) or even just adding a word that the site doesn’t allow. I’ve had it in messages before where it’s automatically blocked me for a while as a false positive.

I would suggest try rewording it, and see if that helps. Otherwise maybe it’s the actual message at fault!

It’s not really, not when you think about it. Maybe it’s a tad over protective. But I would rather have it this way than allow anybody to say anything, and have a human check them all!

I think status bans occur when you have posted something you shouldn't have in a previous status. Also from what I've read in other posts status bans seem to be pretty permanent.

You could try messaging admin and they may or may not reply. Usually I belive if they don't then the ban is staying put.

Have you tried just putting "hi" or something to see if it is being completely blocked? If not I'd try that then report to admin if no joy.
