Reports that the solar powered speed signs which give a smiley face if you are within the speed limit and a sad face if you are speeding are often not working in Scotland because of a lack of sunshine to power the devices. Apparently, as you travel further north there is less sunshine and fewer sunny days north of the wall built and named after the Roman Emporer Hadrian. By contrast, in the warmer sunny south these solar powered signs work much better. It's all over the news

So it’s shoddy machinery designed in much conquered and subjugated England that’s the issue.

Maybe the english school system needs latitude taught properly
