A square of 70% dark chocolate with my coffee

Then later I'll have some almonds and cashews and some honeydew melon and pineapple

Then tonight, I'll have a yoghurt after my dinner.

My tummy feels full from the weekend. I’d go without for a bit but I’m heading gym shortly so need to fuel the body soon.

The tangy flavour sent shivers to my throbbing loins and I felt the sudden, overwhelming urge to fondle myself….

I was subsequently led out of Asda by two burly security guards and told never to come back.

There's something delicious about grapes isn't there?

The light perfumed sweetness that fills the air as your eyes take in the sight of their glistening ripeness, the sensation of firm flesh under your teeth before it yields and gives way to such enjoyable honeyed flavours coating your tongue with every bite.

You soon find that you need more, that one won't sate your appetite, your desire to savour that sweetness once more.

Not an awful lot.

To make a butterfly cake, careful cut out a small round of the top of the cupcake, then slice in half, so you have two semi-circles. Fill the hole.on the top of the cupcake with butter icing, then gently nestle the two semi circles into said icing, so that they look like flutterbutter wings.

Done.
