Finding people you click with is difficult, I'd say even harder for couples wanting to meet couples, I imagine finding the 4 way attraction a challenge.

Add in coordinating 4 diaries, more if you have parent responsibility.

Keep at it, don't give up, keep reviewing your selection process.

Also, consider clubs where you have a captive audience/market.

Face to face is better than words typed on a screen.

Probably not you.

Was it an organised social or one you'd arranged privately?

If they've actively been looking to meet for 18 months and not been able to, they are doing something wrong in their search or are not searching at at all. Women aside, the majority of fab wants to meet couples. Unless they only want to meet a select group - say older black tv's, then they should have no trouble finding people.

Now that was a good point very well put .

Don’t stress op things will work out if they are meant too.

Best of luck.

That's not evidence. That's conjecture. And it's far from empirical.

I think I know what you're saying, I'm not sure it's the definitive answer.

Not being able to arrange a meet is often down to a multitude of factors.

No it’s based on an extremely challenging dynamic. The couples dynamic requires that all 4 people are comfortable with the people they are meeting and find them attractive.

In one way it’s easier being a single on fab. But if you meet the right couple it could be glorious. So happy hunting and don’t give up just yet

This site does have a good dating and cake making history so I could be completely wrong in them getting it right.

It's hard to meet people on here, well for me it is anyway, I struggle to guage attraction via online text.

You guys are in Manchester there's some great social events there that maybe worth popping along to, I find that much easier to meet people, face value is better for me.

Living in Manchester is a double edge sword. Its great for meets but we had to duck out of one as cammy works public facing and it became very awkward. We have a few friend away from Fab but wanted to try and have some fun. We thought a social would be the best way to go

We are not desperate for a meet and will keep going until we find whats right for us

Usually if people are worried about being recognised you just don't meet locally, either going to clubs further afield or looking for people in different towns. Have to be honest though, the odds of meeting someone you know are pretty slim, but there's normally a level of discretion anyway, it's not that big a world.

It's not you at all. You just haven't found your people yet.

It's not a easy as people imagine for couples. Finding 4 people that like each other is bloody hard work.

I'm half a couple and it's far from easy to find couples & get that 4 way attraction.

If you feel brave enough you could try a club, you never know who you may meet there & it's so much easier as you can see both people of the couple ftf right away.

Don't blame yourselves. We don't meet to play that much. It's hard to find the 4 way attraction or even chemistry on here Joanne.

Maybe look at the Leeds/York socials it's very laid back just a load of people in a pub basically.
