The yellow car game? The idea being that on a car journey if you see a yellow car you shout "yellow car" and gently punch the nearest person.

On a journey this week with my teenage son, bit of re-bonding, he started it up again, hence I now have a nice bruise forming on my thigh due to what appeared to be every blooming yellow car / van / truck ever made suddenly appearing on our journey!

Central belt

Used to be Mini Ha-ha when I was a kid, you'd punch someone's arm whenever you saw a Mini

Also did 'Top or Bottom?' when you saw a fire hydrant

The kids punch each other in the back of the car when they see a yellow car. Inevitably ends in a brawl nobody talking by the time we get to our destination

We make up words and phrases from number plates eg one in front currently ends GKV so fab version might be Good Kinky Virgin?

Similarly I played the spot the motorbike game, colours unimportant, so they now have more situational awareness of them far to many motorbike accidents come from drivers not being aware of them
