I had a slightly better experience in the Ireland forum and if it hadn't been for that I would have given up on the forums completely. The very first acknowledgement I got in the lounge was from a couple who started a facepic Friday thread. I did as asked and sent them a facepic and rather than send one in return in the spirit of their own thread they decided to tell me that I might be hot if I wasn't fucking Irish. Is that classed as a welcome? | |||

When I was first on as a single way back in around 2016, the forums felt like the Wild West at times - there were 3/4 who felt like they owned the joint or just talked amongst themselves on threads but I guess that’s a lot of people interpretation when you join the forums.
