Luv being on my back and watching a guy sucking my stocking'd toes as he's getting balls deep in my smooth, tight little asshole.

If a woman I was in a relationship and asked me to do it to her because she enjoyed it, I would probably do so for her but it wouldn't do anything for me

Don't worry - you're in the clear. My bad joke at the start gives you a free pass to open up on your thread now....it's a psychology thing .

"Maybe not the right place but I’ve tried and been compared to exes "

As in "the one person you are in a relationship with now has compared you to several other exes"?

Or you've been with several people over the years who've compared you to exes?

"Just now "

And are you being compared to exes because you and your partner want to talk about exes, or other reasons?

If it's that bad, you either need a good friend this instant, or something like Samaritans on 116 123.

I'd give Samaritans a call tonight mate.

You're having a bad one, you need to get through the night, I'm fucking off for my beauty sleep, and you need someone trained to talk you down a little from feeling this bad.

I don't know if anyone else is reading this thread, so my suggestion is Samaritans on 116 123.

It's free.

If anyone reading has an even better suggestion than Samaritans, fire away.

You are NOT that name she calls you.

You're welcome.

Get through the night, call that number etc.

You're worth more than this, and don't let someone else try to take that away from you.

"She’s ruined me so thank you "

So OP, assuming you've somehow made it through the night, today is the day you start the work of getting your life back.

You don't owe anyone anything apart from your own mental health.

That you owe to you, and only you.

Start the journey now. Today. Make it happen.

It'll be fucking hard.

But better than this shit.

You may also find people from this site reply to you with a high level of experience in similar situations - professionally and personally.

It's the start of the day, so the hours work in your favour now.

I don’t have anything better to add to RoboKlunge’s very wise advice.

So I’ll just reinforce every word he has said.

"I don’t have anything better to add to RoboKlunge’s very wise advice.

Thank you Misty.

Whilst we're bringing names in, I'm fairly certain "_naswingdress" sensed something further was being called for here, kept the thread moving, and anything worthwhile on this thread owes Swing an enormous debt.

OP - changing ourselves, the patterns we live within that can often invite misery into our lives, is one of the hardest things we can do.

Especially as those patterns are often established outside of our control in childhood.

The good news is, because at some level we are active in inviting pain in, that proves we have agency - the ability to also "invite them out" as adults.

It's unbelievably hard work, changing our world, but I can't think of much worse than living, and dying, within patterns that break and ruin us.

Changing your world will be very, very hard.

Not changing it would be a tragedy, the even worse choice.

But give yourself space and breathe deeply, carry on with counselling, find even more groups and people.

And it's only just turned 08.30 am...full day ahead .
