Room temperature. Chocolate isn't stored in the refrigerated section in supermarkets. So it goes in the cupboard.

Room temperature, the only time it goes on the fridge is when you left it in the car on a hot day and it’s turned to liquid form so you need to reset it, bizarrely it tastes quite nice then
