The session had over 40 or so "moving parts" (or activities, shall we say).

The session began with low tempo (bpm) ambient music during a relaxation activity. As things got "spicier", the BPM increased to support the raised heartbeat.

BPM peaked at 140, before bringing it down for the Aftercare.

I’m sure it could with the right tune. Just as it can equally be a bit of a passion killer. While music been on before, there one instance that has stayed with me was way back when I was casually seeing this girl, training to be a nurse at the Uni. She invited me over to what would be today’s equivalent of nextflix and chill. Things hotted up downstairs while watching the film so we headed up to bed. Of all the choices of music to put on (and I do like this band) she puts on R.E.M. I’d say I was worried it was a reflection on my performance but it was on before things started to happen in the bedroom lol. I get it was their favourite band but by the third song I was questioning all my life choices and struggling to focus so we both agreed to turn it off lol x
