Leeds + Newcastle

Still just working upper body and back for heavy push and pull day as still dealing with a major leg injury on both sides.

Was definitely humbling to only be able to hit 7.5kg on the leg extension on Friday without crying but it's better than nothing right

Been off the gym all week with cough that feels like it’s on chest as just saying a few sentences evokes a huge coughing fit just getting through a day at work is enough for this week haha might be in my head but look half the size usually are already

I go 4-5 times a week - does that make me one? There’s a clique at my gym that actively avoid being a part of when they give me ‘the nod’.

North West

I only go once a week. Sometimes twice but rarely find the time. I don't think I'm a rat. More a vole, maybe?!
