This is often a remark made by forum folk in relation to events where there has been unfortunate events such as bullying, racial slurs, harassment, outdated jokes, food banks, etc...

Times change but humans don't..

Remember... When Peter was cutting up the fish and bread to feed 10,000 someone would of shouted... I can't believe it's the first century...

They say it this year, they will say it next year and every year thereafter....
