... I need to take health supplements for my joints, in the form of Glucosamine and cod liver oil.

The recovery time for my knees from dancing, cycling, putting up and taking down the tent etc. are getting longer and longer.

Definitely not a spring chicken anymore!

Not bad for my age as they are the only pills I take on a regular basis.

There's a fish oil that's great for joints, tastes gross though. Will dig out the name if you want as I don't take it anymore (I'm a big wuss with nasty tasting things)

Not taking oil in liquid form, as it tastes and smells disgusting. However, capsules are fine.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I take fish oils rather than cod liver - was told it was more effective. Try Green Lipped Mussel. You can order it online.

I have arthritis in my knees and I find that those, with glucosamine and less red meat in my diet really helps.
