Both. Black and white, but highlight one particular 'thing' and keep that in colour. There are apps for that.

The faaaancy B&W in the gallery

The thumbnail pic as displayed on profiles is too dark to make out the nice artsy detail - unless you play around with the contrast and edit it etc.(beyond our skillset )

Yeah, I seen. In the black and white pic, your body kind of fades into the sheets. On the colour you can clearly see the contrast between the two, which makes it stand out more
