Feel it’s an unnecessary meal.

Tend to have a late dinner so still burning that till lunchtime.

Full English every now and again though for balance in life.

Enjoy yours!

Porridge oats (made with water) and some blueberries thrown on top, and a milky coffee - normal a couple of hours after I've woken. If I'm doing an early gym class I'll have an banana when I get up and brekkie when I get back.

All over

Not a big breakfast eater unless on hols. Usually a dtink and some toast or flakes or a croissant or egg and soldiers from time to time. On holiday I take my time for a longband varied breakfast. At weekends have been known to indulge in a scrumptious bacon butty

Some kind of pastry with vanilla custard in/on the middle. Quite nice, tho the undisputed winner would be a Portugeese custard tart. (Or 3 tbh)
