Reports that England had record rainfall in the last 18 months and the highest since 1836.

How long before these water companies try and raise prices for this scarce resource to appease shareholder dividends.

They treat us like fools.

They will raise prices because of the amount of water going down our drains that they have to 'spill' illegally into our environment.
