Skill and artistry of certain tattooists can be inspiringly good esp. the spiritual nature. " Yes some have amazing skill. My last tattooist when living back in Manchester was only in her early 20s, yet her foresight into my spiritual tattoos was incredible. She also tattooed perfectly by free hand the scales on one of my serpent tattoos to the shock of her colleagues who gathered around to watch, they said they would have used template.
