There you go, you have to try things. For example fennel is really nice roasted or fresh in salads. Ocra is brilliant, used a lot in asian cuisine and even had it in light batter, love it. Artichokes again are great, roasted or in caseroles or even fresh again with a bit of salt and little squeeze of lemon or might go black otherwise. You can also get them marinated like peppers and olives. All very good.
