April Goals

Hello everyone! It’s nearly April!

If you’re a goal setter, what are you hoping to achieve in April? If you’re not into setting goals as such is there anything you’re looking forward to this month?

I totally dropped the ball on my fitness in March so I’ll be getting back to the gym - I’ve not weighed myself since stopping going but I know I’ll have gained, naughty me So meal prepping, drinking lots of water and getting my steps in to get back to making progress!

I need to update my CV and get on the job hunting too though the thought of CV writing is a bit of a drag!

Let’s here your goals/plans/intentions and motivate each other

Delightful Bliss

I'm eagerly awaiting the warmer weather to get more range in my movements first, then it will be back to retoning my arms and core, luckily my legs have retained their shape, bar wobbly inner thighs

The pay day struggle…..we’re rooting for you! I’ve been spending money like a crazy cat this month, not good!

Tbf I’m on ninja mode and I think loads of people have their settings like that but getting in amongst the forums is a good way to get noticed so good on you for getting involved

After a few months of erratic workouts, hoping to set into a more settled and regular routine.

One thing I try and do when I’m feeling similar is setting small goals and ticking them off, that sometimes has a snowball effect on building your confidence little by little…. Though I’m not actually good at listening to my own advice

But you’ve got this sunshine, you are worth doing something for yourself

But wishing you all the positive vibes, you seem like a nice positive guy so I’m sure you would be a credit to the workplace!
