Keen to hear from women who have done it- especially later in life. Interested to know what you had done, what advice you have and what recovery was like- not looking forward to not running!

Hey hopefully your bump will generate more response.

I had mine done a couple years ago. Like you, I had natural B cups (but mine from feminism hormones), so my puberty was a few decades late... But better late then never!

So I wanted D cup as per my body shape and after doing the "rice in a bag" exercise, my surgeon (through Transform Group at Harley Street) advised (if I remember rightly) 100cc bigger. They do say many women regret not going bigger, very few regret too big!

I also wanted more natural "teardrop" shape but apparently, some have been known to twist around, so not ideal.

I also wanted the implants "under the muscle" which apparently looks more natural and not so much like two Christmas puddings stuck on your chest. Again my surgeon advised my natural B cup is enough to give a natural shape so I took his advise and went above muscle. The advantage of above muscle is a much much simpler surgery and less chance of Capsular Contracture which happens to about 9-10% of post surgery complications.

I am very happy with the whole experience and looking at porn stars (especially trans women) where they do look like back street jobs, I'm glad I paid a bit more for the Harley Street treatment.

Oh and re your point about getting it done later in life... They advice that 10-15 years is average before having to redo. Maybe they'll start to sag or just needs a check, refresh and go to a DD? I'll probably be living in a sheltered accommodation by then and so will enjoy getting the fellas into a twitching fit...

So far the attention I'm getting is very welcomed ...
