I'm slim myself, and slim/slender/skinny is definitely my preference, though exactly how I'd define that is hard to say. Obviously things like style and personality play a part too, but larger/'curvacious' women just don't do it for me.

Many of us are well aware that we might be carrying a surplus of pounds, but you do you. I prefer to refer to myself as "chonky", although a year and a half ago, I was very heavy.

Indeed the majority of people (predominantly in the Western world) have a BMI over 25 and are therefore "overweight". The joys of being categorised against a middle aged white man from 1850, where it wasn't supposed to be used against a height/weight ratio; or, as first truly coined in 1972, as there was owt else to use indeed:
"that what he (Keyes) termed the BMI was "if not fully satisfactory, at least as good as any other relative weight index as an indicator of relative obesity""

Most rugby players are technically overweight. As long as they're not hurting you, leave well alone.

I think curvy is used when you have a big bum and/or hips and/or boobs.

That can be on a skinny frame, a slim frame, average, mid size or fat, and obese.
