Whichever it is, I'd go Premier Inn every time.

What is their budget?

There are some lovely hotels in Manchester for an exciting night out, but some are quite pricey!

Are you arranging a gangbang? If yes, then you have to find a hotel with lift access without keycard and probably reception looking away from entrance. Holiday inn and Travelodge usually work great for such events.

If it's just a normal night of fun, hit booking dot com and filter based on ratings and your budget. Can't go wrong.
