Much better getting long thin strips of pickle than the couple of stubby little discs most places seem to put on.

Strips of pickle mean you get a bit in every bite.

Growing my own cucumbers also helped, I end up with so many jars when in done

I want to get into preserving as pickling. I’ve got a mate that does it. He’s got a chance of everything around the house.

And they make great gifts.
