This is a tough one I'm on a self hatred kinda year so far but I am proud of myself for binding a book, i kept putting off assuming I couldn't do it and finally got it sewn and covered I'm super happy, I'll be keeping that forever.

I started recovering again from anorexia and I am nearly 4 months sober, as I’ve struggled with binge drinking a lot after my anorexia started 3 years ago, but I feel hopeful and more positive for the future than I have in a long time.

This year I learned a hell of a lot about talent acceleration for ND and minorities, social quotients and social capital. It was a brand new area & I’ve really enjoyed studying it and working with some super smart world experts and academics.now the hard part …. Selling it to boards.

I’m resitting my English and maths GCSE, I’m currently working towards passing them both.

I’m pretty proud of that…..

because I failed on an epic scale at my English when in school. I tried to tell my teacher I wasn’t ready, I just needed to revise for 30yrs.

Mine wasn't by choice. She died last year following ten years of terminal illness during which I looked after her at home throughout right up until she passed in my arms.

As you say, discovering being me again and healing the physical, emotional and mental tidal wave that had been suppressed right up until that point.

It's great to hear you both feel ready to come back are enjoying the lifestyle again and fab.

I’m just beginning to try and get into the lifestyle and I guess a good word is to try and establish myself on fab. I’ve talked to some wonderful people on here and at my first club, VA, a few weeks ago.
