Toast

It’s light enough on your stomach and easy to eat if you don’t have much of an appetite

Last one sounds the only decent choice , just make sure the granola is low sugar and dint have a lot , it’s quite a unhealthy choice

I'd go with a toasted crumpet and lashings of butter!

So far crumpet and yogurt/granola with two votes each are at the top. Just over 10 mins left for final decision

I'd go for the Yogurt and Granola OP....

Just a small amount of Greek yogurt & maybe just a couple of spoons of Granola to ease your appetite back

Thanks everyone. Greek yogurt and granola it is with a tiny drizzl of honey and a smidget sprinkling of cinnamon. Might come back later for advice on afternoon snack or for a light meal if I feel like one. Thanks a lot
