East London

Savoy cabbage.

It's not bitter, it keeps its firmness well, it's juicy and goes lovely with pie, roast, stew and in a stir fry.

Hmm...my absolute favourite is celariac.... You can roast it, mash it, blend it, slice it.... It is delicious with cafe de Paris sauce and fondant potatoes

I do love a sprout or 10.

Back when I was a child they were awful.

"What's your favourite and why? "

Broccoli, Parsnips, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes are some of the best, tbh.

I also love carrots and parsnips mashes together with loads of butter and plenty of seasoning — it's something I've had since childhood and I have fond memories of eating it

Potato's count don't they? Gotta be top tier. Sprouts are up there for me also especially with garlic butter.
