"That's amazing well done Dont punish yourself and make sure you have some of the things you want in moderation. If you know your going to have a weekend out, eat a bit less over the week so you have some additional calories to play with. I've lost alot of weight and it's not always easy " Good idea. (That how I have got the weight off so far). Just gone off the waggon if you like and I'm not and just eating the bad stuff. Just trying to get motivated to go back to what I was doing and kick start it again x | |||

"Well done you. You’ve done brilliantly so far. Maybe look at tracking your food. I found that after a while I got bored of tracking so would skip the snack just so I wouldn’t have to track it. Also look at why you’ve stagnated. What’s triggered this pause. Sometimes life can make it hard. Unless you focus on that then it will always periodically hold you back. So set yourself other goals. Say you’ve had a rubbish day with eating so ‘punish’ yourself by going up and down the stairs half a dozen times. Then you can feel like you’ve still achieved one way or another. "Well done OP. That’s brilliant. I don’t have any tips for you but can you give me some on how to start I’m eating my wages away!" When I started in Jan I was just really strict. I used my vitamins as well that helped. For lunch I would have a slim fast shake (only half the pack though as was to thick for me) and fruit salad (strawberry raspberry blackberry's natural yogurt chia seeds and a small bit of honey. Really filled me up. And then tea just upped my veg to stay full. And stopped eating the rubbish like chocolate chips, no bread etc. Just fallen of it all for the last week or so and going back to all my bad habits so need to rain it back in. | |||
