If they refused a social together my alarm bells would be ringing and I'd be seeing a red flag in my head instantly. I'd just respond with 'happy to meet you both for a coffee so she knows you're not meeting a serial killer'. Its no different to me than a couple where the husband wants his wife to meet a man alone. I'd still want to meet him, to ensure everyone is happy and on board. | |||
